The Creative Clubhouse We’ve Been Waiting For
The last few years have been tough. Studios are consolidating. Budgets are shrinking. The industry is shifting beneath our feet, and it's driving too many talented artists into isolation and burnout from the relentless freelance hustle. We believe there's a better way.
That's why we're building The Reference Room — a creative clubhouse that combines everything an indie artist needs to thrive in today's industry: a fully-loaded creative co-working studio, a high-end screening venue for premieres and community events, and an artist lounge where real collaboration happens.
We believe in the future of Hollywood.
The Reference Room Lab Is Here
Imagine a place where you can write your script, finish your film, and host your premiere all under one roof.
The Reference Room Lab is your new creative hub. An intimate space to create and share your work with a community of working creatives, thoughtfully designed and intimately curated by veteran industry professionals who understand what it takes to get a project off the ground, over the finish line, and in front of an audience.
Whether you're editing your latest short film, reviewing the mix for a festival run, or taking a well-earned break with a cup of coffee and your favorite movie on the big screen, everything you need is right where you want it at The Reference Room.
Co-Working Studio
Shared meeting rooms, semi-private workstations, and fully-isolated creative suites. Quiet zones for focus. Collaborative spaces to inspire creativity.
Screening Room
Plush seats, 4K Christie projection, and Dolby Atmos sound. Host your premiere. Test screen a work-in-progress. Grab some popcorn and join us for movie night.
Artist Lounge
An intimate place to gather, brainstorm, and connect with colleagues over a cup of coffee while you wait for your favorite movie to start.
